Dance as a form of animation and animation as a form of dance. From the Latin anima, "animation" means both giving soul and giving movement. Situated on the same choreographic spectrum, 2d animation, video editing and dance collide in a singular approach.
What are the unexplored possibilities of the digital body? What spectral poetics are expressed by the recorded body? What remains of the performance once it's over? Terrain parfaitement familier releases the body into other spaces. It's a saturated terrain, ready to explode.
