Éloi Angers-Roy is an interdisciplinary artist working in Tio’Tià:ke/Mooniyang/Montréal, at the crossroad between painting, video, performance and digital art. His bachelor’s degree in anthropology (University of Montréal, 2022), steers his artistic researches towards:
- An understanding of art as a multifaceted discursive and mediating entity - a kindred and autonomous index of agency.
- A constant reevaluation of the biases inherent to the roles of the contemporary artist and public.
- A systemic and intersubjective approach to everyday social dynamics.
